You excel at planning, managing, and optimizing conferences, trade shows, field events, and sponsored experiences — and you ensure every event shows up consistently, professionally, brand-aligned, and with clear ROI. The Events Coordinator/Manager reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.

  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align event strategy with pipeline and brand objectives

End-to-End Event Execution

  • Manage all logistics: vendor coordination, booth ordering, shipping, travel, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Evaluate and adapt event strategy to support global events and regional market needs
  • Ensure all deadlines are met, from exhibitor manuals to asset production to shipping windows
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively ideate and test creative event activations and presence strategies (unique booth concepts, alternative ways to drive meetings when not exhibiting, compelling swag), with a focus on standing out and capturing high-quality engagement

Sales & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Work closely with sales to ensure strong pre-event planning, on-site readiness, and post-event follow-up
  • Support field marketing initiatives and regional events as needed
  • Coordinate with brand, content, and marketing team on messaging and assets

Budget & ROI Management

  • Own the events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization
  • Standardize processes and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Track event performance and report on KPIs such as leads, pipeline influence, and qualitative impact

Scaling & Process Improvement

  • Build scalable event processes, timelines, and playbooks as the program grows
  • Continuously raise the bar on event quality and execution as company expectations increase
  • Demonstrated startup mindset with the ability to flex beyond events, contributing to other marketing or go-to-market initiatives during lighter event seasons

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in event or field marketing, preferably in B2B or healthcare/life sciences
  • Proven experience owning events from concept through execution
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fixed-deadline projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large industry conferences and sponsorships
  • Familiarity with CRM or event tech tools
  • Background in fast-growing or scaling organizations
