About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, reporting to our Head of Marketing, who wants to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and some of the hardest problems in healthcare. We are looking for someone who is not only a savvy growth marketer, but also mission-driven, collaborative and results-oriented.

This role is perfect for someone who loves creative problem-solving as much as data-driven decision-making. You’ll be hands-on in managing campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for efficient growth, and testing new growth levers — all while working closely with design, product, and Head of Marketing to ensure we’re telling the right story to the right audience.

At a series A company like Neura, you’ll wear multiple hats: strategist, campaign manager, data analyst, and occasional copywriter. If you get excited about taking ownership, moving fast, and seeing your work have an immediate business impact, you’ll fit right in

What You'll Accomplish:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google Search/Display, Bing, TikTok and more) to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Develop a plan to efficiently expand our presence in new channels so we can avoid being over-reliant on any one platform
  • Create and execute an always-on testing roadmap for creative, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design to develop and refresh high-performing ad concepts that reflect our brand and unique differentiators.

Data & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR), identifying actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Implement attribution best practices across tools, and help to improve automated reporting so it’s most useful.
  • Use cohort and funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and optimize conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and lifecycle teams to improve onboarding flows and completion rates.
  • Work with brand and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Provide market insights to inform product positioning and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external designers to test and optimize ad creative.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in performance / growth marketing, ideally at a company that has scaled during your tenure from series A to series B (and ideally beyond)
  • Proven track record of scaling 7 figure paid media budgets profitably
  • Deep knowledge of paid social and paid search fundamentals
  • Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, attribution platforms)
  • Creative thinker who can create effective briefs and assess ad creative with a performance lens
  • Comfortable being both strategic and tactical
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer digital health
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for embracing AI tools that can help us improve efficiencies and scale

Compensation:

  • This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000.

Neura Health Hybrid Model:

Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. Our office is conveniently located at 205 East 42nd Street in New York. This role is open to being remote or hybrid.

About Neura Health:

Brick-and-mortar neurology clinics often face overwhelming patient demand, leading to long wait times. Nationwide, the wait to see a neurologist is 4-6 months. This delay in care can be especially critical for patients with progressive neurological conditions, where timely intervention is essential. The traditional model struggles to keep pace with growing needs, leaving many without access to the specialized care they urgently require.

Neura Health is building the nation’s largest virtual neurology practice, as well as an all-in-one place for patients to manage their longitudinal disease journeys. We’re redefining the future of neurology through cutting-edge technology, compassionate care, and a relentless commitment to better outcomes. By combining advanced data analytics and AI-assisted diagnostics, we're enabling earlier detection, personalized treatment, and continuous monitoring for neurological conditions such as chronic headaches, chronic pain, epilepsy, memory disorders, and more.

With over $22M in backing from world-class investors, Neura is on a mission to revolutionize neurology care. We are serving a massive market (over 145m Americans have neurological issues) that is deeply underserved. Our mission is to assure access and quality of care for neurologic conditions. If you're driven by purpose and excited to shape the future of brain health, we invite you to be part of our transformative journey.
