About the Role:

Onclusive is seeking an agile marketing generalist to join its global team of marketing professionals. Sitting in Onclusive’s global field marketing team, the Field Marketing Manager (Northern Europe) is the marketing lead for the UK & Irish and German markets, responsible for all brand awareness and lead generation across the company’s portfolio of products and services. This role involves working closely with commercial colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve success in the UK, Ireland, and Germany markets. The successful applicant can expect a role full of variety, owning the local marketing strategy; budgets; and targets, and being tasked with employing a range of marketing tactics across paid media, owned channels, events, partnerships, and more besides.

Your responsibilities:

This person will be directly responsible for driving inbound leads & revenue; growing brand trust and recognition; and supporting with overall GTM , through:

  • Building localised collateral, content, landing pages, and other resources to aid brand awareness and drive lead generation
  • Working collaboratively with commercial colleagues to identify and understand sales opportunities, and creating solutions to drive demand (and, ultimately, revenue).
  • Identifying, managing, and attending trade shows; conferences; and events (both first and third party).
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, clients, vendors and journalists to drive brand awareness in the UKI & German markets, establish Onclusive as a Tier 1 UKI & German vendor, and drive SoV in the market.
  • Supporting customer communications

Who you are:

  • You have 2-5 years field marketing experience
  • You have experience in lead generation – particularly webinars, events, content syndication, and partnerships
  • You have experience in reporting, using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • You are collaborative, resilient, and commercially minded
  • You are experienced working in a fast-paced environment, managing numerous stakeholders
  • You are collaborative and understand the value of teamwork
  • Previous experience in a media, software, or research business is advantageous
  • An understanding of all three markets is advantageous
  • German language skills are advantageous
