About the role:

This person is responsible for the strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing activity in Spain and Italy across Onclusive's portfolio of products. Managing a local budget, working with colleagues both in the markets and in the marketing org, and through leveraging partners and agencies; the Field Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for brand awareness and lead generation across Spain & Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy tailored to the Spain and Italy markets, aligning with global marketing goals (largely lead generation) and local business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including online, events, webinars, email marketing, partnerships, content, and the like.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted localized campaigns that drive lead generation and actionable sales pipeline.
  • Develop localized marketing content and collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media content
  • Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for successful execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional sales teams, partners, and customers, acting as the primary marketing contact for the Spain and Italy markets and providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Conduct all reporting to understand, enhance, and prove the impact of marketing on key metrics, including revenue.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Spain and Italy markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems - Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot and Wordpress experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English.
