About the Roles:

Onclusive is looking for a Communications Manager to own and deliver the internal communications strategy and enhance employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a natural communicator and organiser, with a can-do attitude to identifying key information and the best forms of communication and comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The role holder would work closely with Marketing and HR teams to ensure alignment of internal and external communications and to support the internal flow of information to relevant audiences.

Current responsibilities:

  • Building and executing our global communications strategy across all markets internally and externally
  • Internal Communications & engagement responsibilities include:
  • Manage the creation and distribution of internal business communications to keep people engaged and informed (e.g. new senior joiner appointment emails, new programme launches, reactive programme
  • Execute with key stakeholders a regular cadence of internal communications forums, including Global, Local & Functional Town Halls, Senior Management Meetings, etc. ensuring content is relevant and engaging for audiences
  • Deliver regular cadence of internal newsletters with news, insights, monthly awards and information from across the business
  • Support any additional adhoc internal engagement opportunities and communications activity
  • Own the company Ontranet, ensuring it’s kept up-to-date with relevant and engaging information
  • Emergency/Crisis Communications when needed
  • Alignment with marketing on external communications and messaging
  • Supporting and writing internal ED&I communications and working with our internal committee - we currently have activities and employee resource groups that support our colleagues on issues related to gender, race, sexuality and more broadly support causes such as sustainability and the environment.

Candidate skills:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships with the CEO and members of the executive leadership team
  • Appreciation of and sensitivity to local cultures and differences across our office locations
  • Language skills desired but not required
  • (Onclusive primarily communicates in English internally, but we do support local comms in French, Italian, Spanish and German)
  • 5+ years experience in a comms role

  • Support for our Learning and Development internal tool
  • Supporting HR to build out an employee engagement strategy
  • Supporting responses to Glassdoor reviews
  • Supporting marketing with blogs and content specific to: thought leadership, employee engagement and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
