About the role:

This is an individual contributor role that will scale a team around them over time.

Main Responsibilities - Collaborating with the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Sales Officer:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across the sales and customer success team.
  • Rhythm of the Business: Establish an operating cadence to review progress to goals and drive operational excellence, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to our sales and customer retention processes, tools, and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and manage comprehensive sales and customer success’ KPIs and reports to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of sales initiatives
  • Pricing & Margin Control: Create and manage a pricing rubric to ensure speedy and accurate turnaround on complex project pricing
  • Sales Incentive Plan: Own the current commission plan and lead the project to harmonise the Sales Incentive Plan across all countries
  • Business Reporting: Manage the processes to regularly and efficiently report on the business to our Board
  • Strategic Direction-setting: As an output of all of the above, provide strategic direction to the business on both a global and regional level

Who you are:

  • 7 years + experience withing a similar role.
  • Experience in a Commercial Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or services sectors
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across functions
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and strategies for improved performance.
  • Good project management skills, able to deliver cross-functional projects on time and to brief
  • A forward thinker who takes the initiative, identifies gaps in workflows and proposes suitable responses
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, customer journey and sales automation tools. We use Salesforce.com, among other tools
  • A passion for technology and its potential to transform traditional markets
