About the Role

We’re looking for Principal Product Manager /Product Director for our Data Products and Platform

Teams. These teams provide the global content hub and data enrichment infrastructure and

systems that enable Onclusive to ingest, transform, and orchestrate an increasingly expanding list

of digital content and data into one of the world’s largest media hubs at scale. Our Data platform and content strategy serves as the foundation for rapid innovative product improvements across

Onclusive’s product suite using AI capabilities.

Job Description

● Plan and maintain a strong understanding of data ingestion, storage, enrichment, and

display across company products and technology stack

● Define requirements of core data systems, such as Onclusive’s media data hub and ML/AI

enrichment, to enable key stakeholders across the company to easily understand and use

data at scale to drive business needs and product improvements

● Partner with a wide range of cross-functional partners across engineering, data science,

research, and product to incorporate new content and serve AI/ML models at scale

● Lead the development and implementation of data content and platform product roadmaps

based on Onclusive’s 3-year product strategy and vision

● Work with data research, content partnerships and licensing teams to ensure that a unified

approach to content access based on product skus

● Work closely with engineering teams, design, and business development stakeholders to

deliver products to market

● Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial,

and technical goals

● Write user stories with acceptance criteria based on product / customer/business needs that

can be used to create product specification and architecture

● Work with UX Research to design high usability internal tools for product / customer

operations, technical support, and other stakeholders

● Deliver on milestones and OKRs in alignment with our product vision and strategy and

business objectives

● Work closely with product marketing, customer operations, customer success and technical

operations to roll out training programs and knowledge base

● Has potential opportunity to manage a small team of PMs

Requirements

● 8+ years in a technical product management

●B2B SaaS experience essential

● Previous experience as data engineer, data analyst or business analyst

● Experience driving product for developer experiences, tools, workflows, and/or infrastructure

● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects

● Proven track record of implementing the full lifecycle of application and data platform

development, releases and support

● Preferred, experience in any of the following areas:

● Data warehousing/lakehousing

● Data job orchestration

● Batch and stream processing systems (eg. Kafka, Spark)

● Data cataloging, discoverability, and life-cycle management

● ML/AI platforms

● BI tools and presentation of results in dashboards like Power BI, Tableaux
