About the Role:

The role of Insights Analyst is to analyze and deliver insights on content relating to technical clients on online news, social media, broadcast and print content. The successful individual will join a multi-lingual client-facing team to deliver valuable insights and reporting to our clients. You will be part of one of our vertically-integrated teams with client requirements at their heart, where team members take accountability for their part in the project and collaborate closely together to get the job done.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze data about the client and environment, depending on clients’ needs.
  • Get specifications from the client regarding the analysis to perform. - Set up the whole monitoring system.
  • Perform the analysis by reading, tagging, curating, synthesising and displaying the information.
  • Check data validity and quality before sending reports.
  • Work on deliverables to send to the client on a regular or ad hoc basis. - Conduct meetings with the client to present the information.
  • Perform Business Reviews with the client so that needs are aligned, business value is ensured and renewal is secured.
  • Understand client’s needs regarding Onclusive Products and share this to the Onclusive product team.

Who you are:

  • Process and Methods: You should excel in various process management areas, including project management, meeting management, and crisis management. You should be skilled in public speaking, building impactful slide decks, creating and managing dashboards, and handling client portfolio management. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills.
  • Activity Expertise: You should have a solid background in digital expertise and competitive intelligence (CI). You should be proficient in insights processes and methods, analysis writing, and customer care. Furthermore, knowing how to use the right tone of voice, adhering to GDPR guidelines, and having industry-specific expertise.
  • Technical Expertise: You should specialise technical knowledge, basic understanding of Salesforce, copyright management, and live chat systems. You should be skilled in Google Data Studio, and proficient in Boolean queries and workload definition setup.
  • Personal Skills: You should demonstrate strong writing abilities, fluency in English (and possibly other languages), and be highly organised. You should be a fast learner, creative, resourceful, and have a keen attention to detail. You should also have strong curiosity, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic.
