What are we looking for? 🤔
In support of our growth, Onclusive is looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team in Rabat, Morocco.
Reporting directly to the head of Marketing Operations of Onclusive Rabat, you will have the global mission of identifying and bringing new business opportunities to the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead qualification: Gather information about the lead, verify that the information provided is correct and assign every lead according to our market groups.
- Sales support: Prepare a list of potential leads with contact info (email, phone, ...) and import the list into our CRM data.
- Prospects outreach: Prospect new leads on social networks, forums & platforms for the sales team.
- Email marketing: Generate qualified leads through content, webinars and events campaigns.
- Live Chat: Provide support to visitors of our website and assign potential prospects to the sales team.
What do you bring? ✅
- A Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or other related field.
- Complete professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot & SalesForce (or willingness to quickly learn).
- Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness.
- Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets).
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.
- You want to join a young, dynamic team where you can have a real impact and quickly progress towards more senior roles.
