Senior Principal Product Manager - Data Platform

About the Role:
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help drive the next evolution of our unified product experiences for Onclusive customers. Your mission is to simplify, unify, accelerate, and innovate on the data ingestion and platforms that serve as foundation for Onclusive’s core products. You will also lead the product vision, planning, and execution for our content strategy and orchestrate an increasingly expanding list of digital content and data into one of the world’s largest media hubs at scale.
You will work closely with Onclusive’s talented teams from Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, Customer success, and others. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with Big Data environments such as Onclusive, which possesses one of the largest media content & data hubs in the world, paying the way for predictive breakthroughs

Your responsibilities:
- Deeply understand customer needs, analytics, and AI industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact
- Develop product roadmaps in partnership with relevant product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams that execute product vision and strategy
- Partner closely with senior management and engineering teams to define and align with stakeholders on vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop an integrated roadmap for data ingestion, storage, enrichment, and display across company products and technology stack in accordance of business need
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria that can be used to create product specification and architecture
- e.Deliver on milestones and OKRs in alignment with our product vision and strategy and business objective
- Stay informed about industry advancements, conduct comprehensive buy vs. build analysis to align with state-of-the-art solutions, encouraging ROI-based decision
- Foster a collaborative environment with Onclusive engineers, creating continuous feedback loops to ensure we solve the right problems and drive maximum impact
- Have enthusiasm for tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and leveraging data and intuition to make strategic choices in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Work closely with product marketing, customer operations, customer success and technical operations to roll out training programs and knowledge base
What you bring
- A degree in business, product & technology, data analytics, data science, computer science or a related field, accompanied by hands on experience
- Good understanding of ML principles and Gen-AI innovations
- Track record of working in an agile environment with product lifecycle management responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technologies: Compute engines, Orchestration (Airflow, Kubernetes, and similar), and Lakehouse (S3 and similar)
- Strategic thinker who can connect customer use cases to technology solutions and think holistically about the end-to-end experience
- Ability to manage a portfolio of bigger and smaller projects while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex project
- Proven track record of implementing the full lifecycle of application and data platform development, releases and support
Preferred, experience in any of the following
- SaaS experience
- Data warehousing/lakehousing
- Data job orchestration
- Batch and stream processing systems (eg. Kafka, Spark)
- Data cataloging, discoverability, and life-cycle management
- ML/AI platforms
- BI tools and presentation of results in dashboards like Power BI, Tableau
