Environment Social Governance Internship

About the role:
Onclusive is looking for a motivated person who will help Onclusive update and develop its Environment Social Governance (ESG) framework, work on compliance documentation, reporting and standards as well as participate actively in internal awareness initiatives.
The selected candidate will work closely with the ESG & Compliance lead of the company as well as with all relevant stakeholders in, among others, Human Resources, IT, and Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and participate in the execution of the ESG roadmap,
- Manage the process of collecting employee, environmental, and other operational data from respective departments,
- Support in preparing ESG performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders,
- Assist with preparation of reports, standards and processes,
- Manage the production of communication deliverables related to ESG,
- Participate in our efforts to update our Ecovadis evaluation,
- Support and back up HR stakeholders and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion council members in their roadmap,
- Build and gather eLearning content and promote deliverables to ensure internal adoption and external awareness,
- Organise and manage internal awareness campaigns and trainings,
- Maintain great collaboration & alignment with management and other Compliance stakeholders in the company,
- Conduct research on emerging ESG best practices and regulatory changes,
- Assist in benchmarking against industry standards and competitors ESG performance,
- Contribute to the design of other compliance initiatives related to ethics, data privacy and security.
What are our requirements?
- Expertise in Environment, Social & Governance topics and Compliance globally,
- Experienced or skilled in ESG / Compliance dimensions (carbon footprint Scope 1, 2 and 3, Sustainable Developments Goals, etc.),
- Ideally graduated or in a degree program related to ESG and sustainability,
- Strong data analysis skills (Spreadsheet friendly),
- Superior written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Creativity and a can-do attitude, Agility.
Duration
6 to 12 months
