About the Role:
We’re looking for someone with a background in Human Resources—ideally with at least one year of experience across various HR functions or relevant experience in a similar domain. This role involves supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful execution of ongoing HR projects.
Your responsibilities:
● Assist in updating, managing and generating reports through HRIS system (Bob)
● Prepare HR-related reports, letters as needed.
● Assisting in coordinating new employee orientations.
● Assisting and noting employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
● Participate in organising monthly company events
● Assist in HR processes like Payroll, Insurance, Exits, etc.
● Assist in planning & organizing CSR events
● Managing office purchases, couriers (outward & inward) & housekeeping team
● Other administrative duties.
Who you are:
● Graduate or Post-Graduate
● Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR domain or similar skill set will be preferred
● Familiarity with the entire HRM lifecycle
● Excellent communication and comprehension skills
● Willingness to learn & ability to come up with new ideas
