HRIS Analyst

Introduction
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the HRIS analyst supports the day to day operations of the HRIS team. This role will be responsible for completing reoccuring & ad hoc report requests, creating new reports, auditing and updating data, and will work with internal and external partners to help resolve HRIS tickets in the service desk.
Job Responsibilities
Generates, publishes, and distributes standard reports as requested
Create new canvas and table reports as needed
Support SuccessFactors Access & Permission Requests
Creates new and updates existing standard foundation objects (Org units, payroll locations, job codes, etc)
Uploads and updates job profiles as needed
Coordinates with internal and external teams on data quality issues
Assists with testing system enhancements & upgrades
Works with Senior HRIS Manager, IT SuccessFactors Admin, along with internal and external partners to resolve Service Desk Tickets
Complete system imports as needed
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
1 to 2 years of HR experience
Hands on experience of working in SuccessFactors
Proficient in MS Excel
Education
Bachelors degree in HR or related field
