Introduction

Optimizely's Associate Content Marketing Managers are creative, collaborative, and part of the Global Campaigns team. They will assist with developing content that impact our pipeline and business results. They will help with creating and writing for a variety of content assets like ebooks, videos, blogs, and promotional assets like emails, landing pages, and social media content.

Job Responsibilities

As an Associate Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant content across various channels, such as blogs, social media, email, and more. Responsibilities include content creation, editing, and optimization, as well as monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively convey the brand's messaging and values. You will collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging, while staying abreast of industry trends to keep the content strategy competitive and impactful.

Knowledge and Experience

0-2 years of experience in B2B content marketing (experience in tech is a plus).

Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizing and planning skills, ability to manage complex processes and timelines with a multitude of teams and stakeholders.

Great team player with the ability to confidently work on or lead cross-functional teams.

Experience with CMS software is a plus as is experience with project management software.

Affinity with software and B2B audiences, ability to develop knowledge and expertise needed for content creation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
