At Zendesk, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Bangalore, India. As a trusted advisor and technical guru, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of our solutions to our prospective and existing customers.   • Understand customers' unique and complex business requirements and map them to Zendesk's suite of software solution offerings.

  • Deliver flawless solution demonstrations that highlight the business value of our products.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement the pre-sales strategy.

  • Provide deep product and industry knowledge to guide the extended team throughout the sales cycle.

  • Use your expertise in the field to come up with innovative solutions and solve problems creatively.

What you bring to the role:

  • Deep experience working with Mid-Market/ Enterprise customers in a client-facing commercial role.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to engage and captivate audiences.

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise SaaS applications, software architectures, and web technologies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals involved in the project.

  • Proven track record in leading RFI and RFP processes, as well as managing Pilots and Proof of Concepts.

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and agility.

  • Must be currently living or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka

Even better if you also have...

  • Experience in customer service, customer contact centers, customer service software, ITSM, or conversational A.I.

  • 7+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise software solutions experience.

  • Domain expertise in Customer Experience (CX) or other industry verticals.

  • Technical knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
