Manager, Player Services Operations
Providing operational support for Player Services and Recruiting divisions at Overtime Elite (OTE) - ensuring seamless support through the transition from recruit, to athlete/student and through graduation.

What you’ll do:
● Organize and support coordination of OTE unofficial and official visits, recruits and family guests (schedules, airfare, ground transportation, hotels, meals, etc)
● Organize and coordinate travel for the Recruiting and Retention Department
  • Support Recruiting and Retention staff in obtaining tournament credentials/access to scout prospective athletes
  • Support on boarding efforts of new OTE athletes
  • Operational support of player facing events like welcome weekend, senior night or graduation
  • Develop player, parent, stakeholder communication templates, like newsletters and various communication mediu
  • In partnership with the Overtime ticketing staff, support athlete and parent season ticketing distribution and oversee troubleshooting of any issues within the ticking distribution system
  • Support player services initiatives on OTE game nights
  • Develop and distribute communication information regarding games dates, times, locations, streaming links in support of families and athlete stakeholders
  • Aid in the delivery of requested visual projects for various OTE departments; example, presentations or videos showcasing OTE: academics, basketball, league housing, etc.
  • As needed, host outside guests, recruits, stakeholders through tours of Overtime Elite Arena
  • Effectively manage new projects to support the division of Player Services and
  • Experience; driving key team members to implement new programs, structures and efficiencies
  • Collaborate and support OTE events team in planning and organizing recruiting events across the industry as necessary
  • Support the Senior Manager, Player Services in assigned project support
