As an Overtime Production Manager, you will report to the Head of Production Management and support the Content and Social teams across live and long-form programming.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production budgets for Overtime, OT7, OT Select and OTE projects.
- Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production for Overtime shoots.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments on live and long-form projects to ensure that all production requirements are met.
- Assist in securing permits, location agreements, COIs and any additional paperwork that is required.
- Assist with production logistics - book travel, hotel, rentals, source and hire crew and secure equipment needs.
- Travel will be required.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Who You Are
- 4+ years experience in Production Management (or equivalent experience in TV, live or corporate events) required. On-set production experience is preferred but not required - live sports production is a plus.
- A self-motivated person with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.
- Comfortable wearing many hats and bouncing between many projects from minute to minute
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exercises sound judgment and effective problem-solving in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
- Hybrid: This position has a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.
Overtime expects the salary range for this position to be around $86,000-$100,000 depending on experience.
