We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment and Inventory Officer to join our logistics and operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, inventory levels are maintained efficiently, and deliveries are completed on time. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in both fulfillment operations and inventory management.
In addition, candidates must have prior e-commerce experience, as this role involves managing online order flows, integrating with digital platforms, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment
Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
Track shipments and update order statuses in the system.

Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, returns, and damaged goods.
Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Customer & Partner Liaison
Handle customer inquiries related to order fulfillment and delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to resolve issues.

Data & Process Improvement
Analyze fulfillment and inventory data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations
Fluent English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory and order management software, i.e. ZOHO
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
