Responsible for the management of the local HR Operations in support of the employee lifecycle, leave administration, data management, general reporting for the Philippines location and other operational needs such as HR systems and reporting for the local organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process and audit changes within the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Oversee the process of onboarding for new hires and off boarding of separating employees.
- Responsible for Leaves Management, including coordination of time with employee, manager, and payroll and documenting as required on associate’s record in Workday.
- Review, streamline and document existing HR operations processes in alignment with enterprise process and regional requirements
- Engagement and oversee relationships with local HR vendors like background check vendors, benefits provider etc.
- Manage background check process for the Philippines location, vendor and candidate engagement, and status reporting.
- Support benefits administration locally
- Manage the process of issuing employment change letters and maintenance of employee personnel files.
- Understand and ensure Philippines processes align with corporate processes. Understanding data fields and business processes in Workday and how they aligning to corporate processes and new release updates, changes, modifications that are made. Technology team.
- Partner with HR Technology on Workday new release updates and any integration projects. This includes assisting with deployment of new or ongoing modules and system improvements implemented by the HR Technology team, including Workday semi-annual update releases.
- Responsible for utilizing established reports in Workday, partnering with HR Reporting and/or HR Analytics for new report and dashboard requests related to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Benefits and Regulatory & Compliance. Utilize Workday reports for requests in support of the Philippines HR group and business.
- Understand company’s data in an effort to translate business requirements into user-friendly reports and charts for local management and HR function.
- Present updates and HR insights from time to time to leadership and broad HR team.
- Provides analytical support on HR data to leadership as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4+ years of progressive and relevant experience, including HR functional expertise.
- Proficiency in Workday, Service-Now, advanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
