This role supports Empower Personal Wealth’s Operations group. Individuals contribute to success of the organization through the review of operational transactions and administrative functions. Associates are involved in processing of money contribution/withdrawal/rollover/change of beneficiary, address updates to retirement plans of US individual investors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs daily processing transactions with accuracy for EPW Operations team. Transactions include US Investor Contributions, Withdrawals and Incoming Rollovers.
  • Collaborate with team members and onshore partners on assigned transactions.
  • Contribute to and prepare process documents.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions
  • Share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
  • Strict adherence to non-disclosure of Client information by preserving Client confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Control and Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BCom, BBA, BSc Computer Science
  • Entry level
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Good collaboration and teamwork
  • Able to grasp/learn new concepts and procedures quickly
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good typing skills, attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal Office Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

1.30 PM to 10.30 PM OR 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (To be flexible per the team’s alignment or requirement)
