As a Stock Plan & Trade Desk Support Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and supporting back-office brokerage transactions tied to Empower Personal Wealth’s stock plan services. You’ll manage trade reviews, reconciliations, and error corrections while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-integrity trade environment and continuously improve operations.
What you will do
Execute and review stock plan-related trades, including RSU vesting, 10b5-1 instructions, ESPP events, and option exercises
Conduct timely reconciliations and trade corrections across platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Serve as a key liaison to stock plan representatives, offering guidance prior to trade execution
Manage daily margin (IFA) notices, voluntary corporate action approvals, and service center requests
Support compliance and supervisory efforts by addressing escalations, internal audits, and documentation requests
Collaborate with clearing firms to validate trade accuracy and ensure timely processing of Not Held orders
Provide training and operational guidance to team members while helping resolve exceptions and service issues
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a relevant discipline
2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within stock plan services or brokerage operations
FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required
Direct experience with equity and options trading and brokerage operations
Working knowledge of fixed income and municipal products and markets
Familiarity with Pershing's NetX360 trading platform preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint

Base Salary Range
$54,200.00 - $74,600.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
