Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes, Conducting HR prelim-interviews, organizing interview panels and scheduling interviews
  • Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, ATS -Workday -entire recruitment cycle, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation
  • Driving referral campaign and updating referral communication
  • Source and attract talent for the firm through events and campaigns
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • Supporting and participating in events with HR team, Learning & Development & D&I .
  • Managing & coordinating hiring drives on weekday & weekend
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
  • hand on experience in sourcing , conducting walk-in and working on volume hiring ( IT /NON IT)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the team
  • A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive team player
