About the Internship

We are seeking highly capable interns to collaborate with our team of experienced professionals and contribute to addressing critical business challenges.

Data Science provides a distinguished platform to acquire practical experience in applying advanced analytics to complex business issues.

Role Overview

• The selected intern will collaborate closely with senior members of the Data Science Team on initiatives that combine advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and business analytics

• This internship offers exposure to addressing high-impact business challenges, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering data-driven decision-making across Empower’s operations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop predictive models

• Apply machine learning techniques to uncover trends and generate actionable insights

• Support business problem-solving through quantitative and qualitative research.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies

• Present outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

• Job Role Intern (Duration 6 weeks)

• Prepare interactive dashboards/ tools to enable business to customize the business scenarios and visualize the outcome based on the strategies

What We Look For

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data science and problem solving

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical tools

• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and data visualization techniques

• Working knowledge on Microsoft 365 tools (MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Query, Power App etc

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within defined timelines.

Terms & Conditions

• Role will be full time (8 hours per day, 5 working days)

• Working hours from 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (to allow for overlap with US timings)

• Internship duration: 6 weeks

• Internship does not guarantee a full-time role with Empower

Base Salary Range

$240,000.00 - $352,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
