Empower Analytics team comprises specialists in Data Science, Capacity Planning and Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, Web Analytics, Financial Modeling, Business Intelligence and Marketing Campaign Execution. They are responsible for projects end-to-end: Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Test, Execute, Monitor/Measure.

We are looking for smart Interns to join our team of highly experienced professionals and work closely with them on key business problems.

Skills Required

• Graduation in any of the following disciplines – Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Science, Statistics, from a premier (Class A) institute

• Excellent and consistent academic record or credentials

• Candidates with accomplishment in any creative field would be given preference – Writing, Theatre, Public speaking, Debates

• Comfort with unstructured data and a problem solving mindset is a key requisite

• Prior experience of working with Data (Qualitative and Quantitative), white papers, articles, in any field

• Good MS office skills

• Very good communication and English language skills

• Ability to grasp Databases and statistical tools and concepts easily

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of the market and competitive environment

• Provide structure to business problems and apply technical knowledge (Data Science tools and applications) to solve in a way that’s actionable for the business

• Work with Managers and experienced Consultants to package the solution for senior stakeholder consumption

• Perform required Data transformation and ETL jobs to get data ready for Analytics consumption (as part of the project).

Base Salary Range

$240,000.00 - $352,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
