As a Talent Development Consultant, you will partner with leaders, HR colleagues, and the Enterprise Talent Development team to deliver learning solutions that support business goals. You will manage development projects from planning through implementation while helping employees build skills and adapt to change. Your work will create engaging learning experiences and contribute to a culture of continuous growth.
What you will do
Plan, implement, and support talent development projects aligned with organizational priorities
Partner with Enterprise Talent Development, HR, and business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
Consult with stakeholders to understand business challenges and apply enterprise learning resources effectively
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and facilitated discussions that support employee development
Create and manage project plans, timelines, communications, presentations, and training materials
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend process improvements
Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to reinforce learning and encourage skill development
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience facilitating training workshops and designing and delivering adult learning programs
Demonstrated success developing engaging learning experiences and facilitating group discussions
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into practical learning solutions
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with on-site and remote teams
Fluency in English
Ability to work 9 p.m.–6 a.m. Philippine time
What will set you apart
Professional certification in Training, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development
Experience supporting enterprise-wide talent development initiatives
Knowledge of change management principles and learning implementation strategies
Ability to create polished presentations and training documentation using PowerPoint and other learning tools
Experience building strong partnerships across HR and business teams
Commitment to continuous learning, accountability, and delivering a positive learner experience
