Affiliate Growth Manager (Paid Partnerships)

We’re hiring an Affiliate Growth Manager to fully own and scale our paid partnerships. We have several deals in place; your job is to run experiments, design product and lifecycle flows, build analytics, and figure out how to improve conversion to partners. This is a deeply product-led role.

About the Role
This role owns paid partnership growth end-to-end.
You’ll take over our existing paid partnerships and be responsible for making them perform through experimentation, analytics, and product thinking. That means working deeply across in-app flows, email/SMS, onboarding, and product surfaces to understand what actually drives partner signups and scaling what works.
This is a very hands-on role. You’ll be running experiments yourself, digging into data, and partnering closely with product to ship changes quickly.
What You’ll Do
As Affiliate Growth Manager, you will:
Own paid partnership performance end-to-end, from experimentation to results
Design, launch, and iterate on in-app product experiments to drive partner signups
Build and optimize email and SMS flows tied to partner conversion
Set up and own analytics to understand what’s working and what’s not
Work closely with product to ship experiments and new surfaces inside the app
Identify new ways to drive partner signups both in-app and off-app
Use data to make decisions, kill bad ideas quickly, and scale the winners
What We’re Looking For
~1 - 4 years of experience in product-led partnerships, affiliate marketing, or product-led growth
Experience driving users to sign up for paid partners (sports betting, finance, fintech, travel, crypto, marketplaces, etc.)
Strong experimental mindset - you’re excited to test ideas, not just manage programs
Comfortable being very hands-on with analytics, funnels, and experimentation
Strong intuition for user behavior and conversion
Interest in sports and sports betting
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, growth, and lifecycle teams
