We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting and support the growth of our value based care initiatives.

The Opportunity

The Clinical Recruiter role at Pine Park Health is a crucial position within the Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This role plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our value-based care initiatives. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and making offers for clinical roles and leadership positions, including but not limited to Nurse Practitioners and Medical Directors. Working closely with leadership, the Clinical Recruiter will understand talent needs, proactively recruit top candidates, establish referral networks, conduct structured interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process with a sense of urgency and adherence to timelines. The Clinical Recruiter possesses proven experience in full-cycle recruitment of clinical and professional services positions, demonstrates account management and process improvement skills, and exhibits strong business partnership capabilities. This role requires self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for clinical and clinical support positions, including Nurse Practitioners, Medical Directors, Primary Care Coordinators, etc., in existing and new markets across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition on special projects and training, while developing and presenting structured interview guides and processes.
  • Evaluate applicant profiles and initiate outreach to qualified candidates for introductory phone/video screens or to schedule an initial screening.
  • Employ proactive recruitment strategies, including creative campaigns, sourcing, cold calling, and direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms like Indeed and Greenhouse CRM.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pool and referral networks to anticipate future hiring needs and support ongoing searches.
  • Conducted initial interviews, presented qualified candidates to hiring leaders, and oversaw the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, reference checks, pipeline management, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition to extend, prepare, and present offers to candidates.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador for Pine Park Health, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants and candidates engaged in the recruitment process.
  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally, gaining a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and ensuring alignment with Pine Park Health's mission, vision, and culture.
  • Effectively post job advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other appropriate platforms to attract top clinical talent.
  • Provide regular updates and collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and processes.
  • Utilize and maintain the ATS to accurately document and track the recruitment process and candidate records.
  • Fulfill any other related duties as requested and required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrable success in identifying and attracting candidates in highly competitive environments
  • Expertise utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, various recruitment platforms, social media and other networking channels and strategies for active and passive candidate sourcing
  • Must be engaging and relatable with the desire and innate ability to connect, respect, and build relationships with all types and levels of individuals
  • Strong adaptability and ability to be flexible to quickly adjust to evolving business needs and be successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Perceptive, observant, objective, and empathetic character traits with keen ability to be discerning
  • Self-motivated and comfortable cold calling, generating leads, and building networking relationships and candidate pipelines
  • Applicant tracking system experience is required, preferably Greenhouse
  • 3 years of full cycle clinical recruiting / talent acquisition experience in a corporate and/or staffing agency setting
  • Previous experience in healthcare, recruiting talent across a range of clinical positions is highly preferred
  • Strong experience building trust and accountability with hiring leaders, effectively managing multiple searches and workflows and delivering quality results within urgent deadlines
