What You’ll Do

Own customer onboarding end-to-end — from first login to the “aha” moment.
Work directly with customers, sales leaders, and reps to understand workflows and pain points.
Translate onboarding insights into product improvements, experiments, and growth loops.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and retention.
Design and iterate onboarding journeys that truly drive activation, not just check boxes.

Bonus Points If You

Have experience with B2B SaaS, sales tech, or AI-driven products.
Have led or experimented with onboarding, growth, or PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions.
Love demos, pilots, and getting customers live quickly.
