At Proshort, we’re building the Cursor moment for Sales - an AI-native sales enablement platform that helps GTM teams be fully prepared for every customer conversation.
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (Enterprise SaaS) to own the success of our enterprise and mid-market customers end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll manage key accounts, drive adoption across teams, and help shape how Customer Success scales at Proshort.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders - including RevOps, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Leadership teams.
- Lead technical onboarding, setup, and integration processes leveraging CRM data and analytics (BigQuery / SQL).
- Identify and execute on expansion and growth opportunities within customer accounts.
- Create scalable playbooks for onboarding, renewals, health tracking, and escalation management.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Solutions, or Account Management) supporting enterprise SaaS customers.
- Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for business users and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Hands-on experience with Sales CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue workflows.
- Working knowledge of SQL / data analytics tools (BigQuery preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and ownership - this is a founding role, not a support function.

- Experience building CS processes or playbooks from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
