Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager (SEM) to own all Search channels (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, etc.) end-to-end, from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you’ll focus on scaling search campaigns profitably, ensuring proper tracking, and optimizing through rigorous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities
  1. Own the SEM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy across Google, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
  2. End-to-End Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring budget alignment, targeting, and performance goals.
  3. Tracking & Attribution: Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and aligned with business KPIs. Work with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.) to identify gaps or opportunities.
  4. Continuous Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  5. Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough campaign performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Present findings to stakeholders.
  6. Scale the Channel: Identify growth opportunities to scale SEM campaigns profitably, whether through new keywords, creative strategies, or expansion into new search platforms.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Design, and Data teams to align SEM efforts with broader growth goals and ensure consistent messaging.



What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns with a proven track record of scaling channels profitably.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and familiarity with Bing Ads and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying insights to campaign optimizations.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn complex performance data into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with tracking implementation (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs) and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets and achieving target KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in health, wellness, or eCommerce industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO to align organic and paid search strategies.
