We are seeking a driven and dynamic Pre-Sales & Implementation Manager to lead proof-of-concept engagements and post-sale implementations for our customers across the Americas. If you're a proactive, results-oriented professional based in North or Central America, and passionate about driving customer success and business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Pre-Contract Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-contract phase to understand customer processes and challenges.
  • Address objections and potential roadblocks to drive deal progression.
  • Develop compelling, data-driven business cases to support contract closure.
  • Deeply understand customer needs by leading process mapping workshops and engaging in consultative selling, centered around technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Position the technical fit and estimated ROI to the customer based on customer needs and challenges.
  • Confidently articulate the value proposition to diverse audiences—including end users, managers, and executive stakeholders—tailoring the message to their specific priorities.

Implementation & Post-Sales Success

  • Lead the design and configuration of processes to ensure successful implementation aligned with customer objectives.
  • Oversee customer adoption and drive engagement across teams.
  • Deliver consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Engage and influence key decision-makers to foster alignment and momentum.
  • Manage both internal and external escalations to ensure timely resolution.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing supply chain or procurement software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in project and account management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build persuasive business cases.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Willing and able to travel across the Americas approximately 30-40% of the time to support business needs. (Must hold relevant travel documentation and visas.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience engaging at the C-level.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
