JOB PURPOSE:

• Organize the project team to conduct research and assist the commercial innovation lead to plan the innovation project.

• Responsible for the implementation, continuous optimization, the schedule and quality of the innovation project.

• Implement regional customized activities.

• Development and Management of regional KOL & Academic Association.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Organize the project team to conduct research and assist the innovation project lead to plan the innovation project

1) Participate in the copywriting of innovative project, organize the project team to understand the needs and carry out the preliminary research on the project

2）Forward-thinking, combined with the strategy of the Commercial department, responsible for designing, improving the innovative solutions for the project

2. Responsible for the implementation, continuous optimization, the schedule and quality of the innovation project
1) Organize the implementation of the project, prepare the project plan, coordinate resources, assure the team to complete the project task

2) Develop and promote materials and tools related to innovative projects to achieve continuous optimization, replication and landing of innovative projects

3. Implement regional customized activities

1) Coordinate cross-functional resource to ensure cooperation

2) Promote the work of regional innovation projects, evaluate efficiency and optimize project

4. Development and Management of regional KOL & Academic Association

1) Based on the development needs of innovative projects, develop KOL with annual plan

2) Strengthen innovation conception to extended promotion

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above, MBA background preferred

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 5 years relative experience in pharmaceutical MNC company

• experienced in strategy development of brand or relative market

• Have experience in traditional & multi-channel project management

• Demonstrates capacity to understand customer approach, market dynamics, and business operations

• Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills

• Capable and positive influence others

• Good interpersonal & communication skills, good across functions collaboration

• Fluent in English (oral and written)
