Rewards & Performance Strategic Advisor / Head of Rewards &Performance Turkey, Iran and Levant
The Rewards & Performance (R&P) Strategic Advisor role works as a partner on behalf of the Global R&P CoE to execute and support initiatives in the geographies.
Act as a Strategic Consultant for business needs related to Rewards & Performance (e.g, competitiveness analysis, hot jobs, targeted compensation mapping, etc.)
Conduct market intelligence R&P analysis (Salary Ranges Update, benefits revision)
Set and oversee annual compensation cycle including merit budget discussions, design of merit templates, manager/employee communication and training of process.
Collaborate with external benefits and compensation advisors/survey houses to stay abreast of emerging trends and proactively put forward recommendations that enable the organization to be competitive and resourceful in our total rewards decisions.
Monitor & analyze market trends and competitive practices to ensure recommendations to management regarding merit budgets, individual & organizational salary adjustments, plan design changes and incentive and equity eligibility levels.
Bring best market practices via contact with consultancies and external R&P Groups
Liaison for the implementation of Global R&P projects (e.g Performance Impact, New STI, etc.)
Design local benefits program including market alignment and cost vs impact analysis (e.g. Health Plan, Flex Benefits, Car Policy, etc.)
End to end management of the annual insured benefits (medical plan, life insurance) plan renewal.
Ensure that Flexible Benefits program is timely renewed based on latest market trends and employee expectations.
Create and execute change / project management plans associated with the implementation of large and complex benefit plan changes (pension plans, flexible benefits schemes, car policy etc.)
Provide people analytics and predictive data for strategic R&P priorities (e.g. Pay Equity)
Provide strategic advice on grading decisions of the roles within his/her perimeter
Undertakes evaluation of new/existing roles to assign a job grade.
Support People Director on cost analysis, regarding social plans and collective negotiations. Contribute to cost analysis for industry/pharma segment national contract renewal and strategic negotiations such as profit sharing
Manage vendor relationships on a per-need basis
Collaborate with COE & People Excellence teams to drive best in class service to colleagues and educate the wider People function on reward principals, governance, policy and processes.
Key Skills and Experience
Min 7 years of reward experience including the development and implementation of policy, frameworks, strategy, and development of reward plans.
Strong experience on job evaluation methodology, preferably WTW and Korn Ferry.
Have exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and can build strategic partnerships
A positive ‘can-do' approach, and a creative mentality to produce creative approaches
Strong project management skills, including a proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrable experience of working effectively within a matrix organisation
Terms of Employment
This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
There might be some travel required for this position.
