Main Job Activities:

• Product complaints:
• Assist in the management of product complaints received by the country according to Sanofi processes, standards and appropriate tools in force.
• Complaint sample management：Ensure proper handling and documentation of received samples. Timely delivery of returned samples to corresponding manufacturing sites.
• Regulation and Pharmacopoeia support.
• Administrative records:
• liaise with each concerned country function to ensure the availability of up-todate administrative records (e.g. CV, job description, training log) for GxP positions and updated department organisational charts
• Maintenance of Quality Archival Room. Maintain an up-to-date Master File List.
• Promotion of Quality Mindset
• Assist in any Quality culture/mindset promotion projects.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

• University degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioscience, Chemistry, or relevant subjects.
• Fluent in Chinese and English speaking and writing

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Good communication skill
• “Can Do” attitude
