About the job
Achieve annual sales targets according to Priority.
Business bridge between Company and responsible Customer (AH/GP/DS).
To develop and maintain customers based on targeting profile.
To identify and maintain the relationship with key customers.
To provide professional expertise on the job.
To take responsibility for Customer promotion activities.
Detailing product FAB for prescribing commitment.
To provide company with competitive products , market intelligence and strategic customer related data.
To resolve and respond to customer concern with adequate product knowledge and optimal selling skills.
To develop and maintain good relationship with key doctors.
To provide customers service support to Customer.
To fulfill the CENTRIX & ITS requirement in reporting and maintaining doctors record.
To plan and execute the call plan based on targeting priority in CENTRIX & ITS.
To support other colleagues and share experiences.
To develop new GP Customers and product profit margin through good price negotiation skill.
Daily report of CENTRIX, monthly report /forecast punctually.
To implement promotional programs made by marketing dept.
To ensure PSR to implement the assigned Marketing program.
To ensure team & individual compliance to policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
University (Bachelor of Science)/Diploma major in Pharmacy or related fields is preferable.
College graduate (Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration) is acceptable with successful experience in the industry
Experience & knowledge:
2-3 years’ GP/DS working experience in original company or 3-4 years’ GP/DS experience in local company with excellent performance.
Core competencies /skills:
Native in Mandarin and fluency in Taiwanese is a plus.
