About the job
Analyse territory information and insights to develop and execute effective account plans, optimize routing, and maximize field resources to achieve results
Accelerate the business by tracking customer needs, utilization data, and relevant pharmacy operations
Execute and support brand strategies, launch activities for new product and/or label extension as it relates to DS strategy, pre/post launch implementation, to ensure consistent marketing message
Identify and communicate field issues, opportunities, and competitive activities through appropriate organizational venues
Serve as a role model and contribute towards strengthening our ethics and compliance culture, and awareness of Sanofi’s code of conduct
Ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
College degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to sell healthcare products and/or services into drug store marketplace; direct interaction with pharmacy including decision-making and purchasing processes
Experience in building rapport and relationships to expand awareness and utilization of product(s) and make an immediate impact on healthcare channels/professionals
Core competencies /skills:
Good negotiation and analytical skills
Good command of speaking and writing in English is a plus.
Office software skills, communication skills.
Demonstrated the ability to establish relationship with decision makers.
Good presentation skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
