顧客セグメント (医療従事者、一般大衆、患者) を対象としたデジタル マーケティング戦略のためのブランドおよび顧客エンゲージメント戦略を作成および計画する。 この役割は、ポジティブなカスタマー ジャーニーと顧客への優れたエクスペリエンスと価値の提供をサポートするクロス LSD 管理を含む、「ブランド」を超えたデジタル マーケティング管理に焦点を当てたオムニチャネル プロジェクトで主要な関係者と協力します。

Purpose of role

to create and plan brand and customer engagement strategies for digital marketing initiatives that target customer segment (HCP, public and patients). This role will work with key stakeholders on omni-channel projects with a focus on digital marketing management beyond “the brand” including cross-LSD management that support positive customer journeys and delivery of excellent experience and value for the customer.



Management RD Digital Marketing group


Management group tactical plan and OPEX






Acquisition of the latest digital approaches and sharing of methods within the organization

Deep understanding of each product strategy and proposal of a consistent digital approach with each product strategy

Execution of formulated digital approach and optimization with each product program as needed

Efficiency of related expenses, order/delivery management and reporting

Appropriate group management and reporting, communication, and consultation with superiors


Management internal communication in digital plat for RD marketing




Management and optimization of digital communication including intranet

Arranging a digital infrastructure for communication with external stakeholders using a website for doctors

Arranging a digital infrastructure for appropriate communication with external stakeholders using a website for the general public


Management KPI of digital marketing and maximize the business outcome




Design a digital approach that brings business impact on the customer journey and set appropriate goals for each outcome

Deep understanding of KPIs for each product and maintenance of consistency with KPIs through a digital approach

Observation and observation of each KPI, consideration of results, and provision of insights for next improvements

Qualification requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading digital-related programs.
  • While prior experience as a line manager is not mandatory, candidates should possess experience demonstrating leadership, such as leading projects.
  • English: Business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation is essential due to the necessity for communication with global counterparts.
  • Japanese: Native-level proficiency
  • Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry are preferred.


  • Candidates with experience and qualifications in digital marketing are welcome.
  • Experience in the rare disease field is a plus.
