Sanofi Global Services Bogota Hub was established and joined the Sanofi Global Services Hub Network in 2022 to support Sanofi Americas region with best-in-class finance and human resources services with the addition of transversal expertise to manage complex projects and changes, as well as build continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancements. Our continuously growing team of talented Sanofians is developing and innovating to enhance Sanofi's services and contribute to the mission of chasing the miracles of science.

This position “Continuous Improvement Lead” is part of Sanofi Business Services (SBS), reporting to Head of Benchmark, Improve and Change (BIC).

Sanofi Business Services (SBS) is a Global Business Service (GBS) team within Sanofi organized by key end-to-end processes such as procure to pay, account to report, customer invoice to cash, people services, contracting. The Hub Strategy and Transversal Services team (HSTS) is driving the Hub strategy and development providing transversal services to SBS and to all Sanofi such as Automation, Connect to Resolve, Engagement, etc.

Part of this HSTS team, Benchmark, Improve and Change (BIC) is the team owning SBS Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and Performance Management frameworks and their implementation across SBS.

The primary responsibility of this role is to foster the performance of Sanofi, primarily SBS and its partner departments via continuous improvement strategies, methodologies and tools.

The CI lead has the mission to:

  • Provide guidance on the proper ways of continuous performance improvement
  • Disseminate CI culture across the organization, including leadership
  • Contribute to or deliver performance improvement projects on demand

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide methodologies and tools to stakeholders in their support of CI initiatives or programmes.
  • Provide consultancy, mentoring, coaching to CI initiatives.
  • On demand, manage CI/Performance Improvement projects, especially with regards to transversal ones.
  • On demand manage business process improvements with stakeholders driven by process mining data.
  • Support the assessment of the AS-IS CI maturity across the organisation and develop, propose and on demand, deliver strategies or programmes to increase it.
  • Contribute to the increase of CI maturity and business success of sanofi Hubs and the integrated SL of SBS.
  • Design and execute a CI training program for sanofi Hubs and the integrated SL of SBS.
  • Consolidate and document the overall continuous improvement activities into tangible productivity results and implement an effective reporting measurement of productivity.
  • Coordinate interdependencies between respective Service Lines to promote synergy and avoid redundancy.

About you

  • Experience: Experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry
  • Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills and written/oral communication skills
  • Technical skills: Certification in CI methodology (e.g. Lean Black Belt)
  • Languages: Advanced English
