We are looking for: Supply Chain Digital Transformation Expert - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/12/2023

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the following functions (Head of Supply Chain, Pole Manager, Demand Manager, Master Data) as a Key User on projects related to PowerBi, Snowflake, Plai.Supply
• Define EM (External Manufacturing) GENMED digital transformation agenda to improve performance, financial visibility, and push for automation for manual non-adding value tasks performed by SC team
• Represent EM GENMED teams in EM-POWER project: support developers in building reports, participate in UATs, collect feedback and new needs
• Increase PowerBi expertise within the team by providing proper training
• Ensure that all future IT incidents impacting PowerBi are being solved
• Ensure that documentation related to PowerBi, Snowflake, Plai.Supply are mapped, updated, and properly maintained
• Support Digital and Supply Chain team in Nulogy project implementation and deployment
• Support Digital teams in deploying Snowflake across EM organization
• Ensure Data reliability and robustness in Snowflake, with a focus on Supply Chain Data (Kinaxis, MARS)
• Support special projects as directed by EM HUB or global team and special ad-hoc projects
• Process re-design/enhancements that promote efficiency and information transparency
• Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to identify, research, and resolve system issues/opportunities
• Act as communication focal point for topics related to Digital Transformation and Automation
• Ensure an adequate level of reporting in case of major event; communicate in an effective way in case of crisis, in an instable or constraining environment
• Develop timelines to plan out part readiness against program timing
• Proactively engage with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and roll out integrated systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in following fields: Supply Chain/Business/IT
• English: fluent, spoken and written. French is an advantage
• 3 years in industrial logistic, with significant experience in Supply Chain and/or Planification and/or Demand Management, and/or Transformation Project Management
• High competency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). PowerBi knowledge is an advantage
• Be able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Be able to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy of their projects that motivates others to action
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of curiosity
• Interest and/or Experience in Transformation and Change Management, Project Management Skills in a complex environment
