The Team:

The Associate Director of Strategic Analytics (Decision Science) is part of a broader Analytics team providing end to end partnership to brand teams and other key stakeholders. The team is focused on driving brand performance through robust advanced analytics solutions such as behavioral segmentation, referral network, developing measurement plans and marketing-mix/ ROI assessment among others.

Job Highlights:

  • Cut through clutter to define clear business questions and deliver associated analytical approach and insights to a non-technical audience in easy-to-understand fashion.

  • Develop measurement plans for ongoing Omnichannel marketing initiatives and leverage existing / emerging tools collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver ROI impact assessment and facilitate budget optimization process.

  • Partner with brand and cross-functional stakeholders to develop behavioral segmentation to inform customer engagement strategies.

  • Leverage advanced analytics solutions to drive business insights around brand performance (key performance drivers), patient journey (referral network, patient identification modeling), etc.

  • Help develop framework for various ad-hoc statistical tests (t-tests, ANOVA, MANCOVA etc.) to promptly answer recurring business questions

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, transparency and communication across Marketing, Sales, Finance, as well as other US business operations teams.

  • Demonstrate proactive curiosity, identifying business opportunities and risks through data and analytics.

  • Collaborate with other business operations/analytics functions such as strategic analytics, forecasting, patient services, market access, etc. to connect the dots and deliver holistic solutions.

Position demands a business-driven orientation as well as an aptitude for deep understanding of the statistics and machine learning models and

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years working within the Business Analytics/ Market Research function.

  • Hands on advanced analytics and machine learning modeling experience

  • Strong understanding of secondary pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Specialty Hub, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Claims, IQVIA Xponent PlanTrak, NPA, MMIT, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of Omnichannel datasets and nuances.

  • Prior experience with digital or multi-channel marketing in pharmaceutical industry or agency is good to have
