Manager, Strategic Analytics Tzield

The Manager of Strategic Analytics, Tzield is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of analytics to brand and/or therapeutic category leadership for Tzield. The team is focused on driving brand performance through robust data driven integrated insights.
Design and conduct analyses to answer business questions based on secondary data, utilizing data visualization and descriptive statistics.
Work with stakeholders and business partners to integrate, interpret and communicate analytic outputs with recommendations for best action.
Lead development of patient journey and performance insights to support brand performance reviews with leadership.
Support development of forecasting models as per the business needs
Be able to reason with information/data, deliver actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with other business operations/analytics functions such as market access, reporting / data ops, Patient services, etc. to connect the dots and deliver holistic solutions.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, transparency and communication across Marketing, Sales, Finance, as well as other US business operations teams.
Demonstrate proactive curiosity, identifying business opportunities and risks through data and analytics.
Position demands a business-driven orientation as well as an aptitude for deep understanding of the assigned therapeutic category.
Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years working within the Business Analytics/ Forecasting / Market Research function.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and project management skills
Deep understanding of secondary pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Specialty Hub, Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Claims, IQVIA Xponent PlanTrak, NPA, MMIT, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and work in a team environment across departments.
Position demands a ‘problem solving’ orientation. Successful candidates must be able to develop innovative, resourceful solutions to complex, unstructured problems with minimal guidance
