The Frexalimab Global Brand Lead will be the global leader in the planning, development, management, and execution of the global launch strategy for a novel pipeline therapeutic in multiple sclerosis (MS) and potentially other indications. In the near-term, this role will establish and lead the Global Brand Team for frexalimab in MS, while working closely with New Product Planning and Development teams in Immunology and General Medicines who are responsible for frexalimab in other indications.
The role will be highly cross-functional and cross-regional and involve collaboration across multiple teams. This position has immediate visibility, diverse challenges and rewards, and the crucial responsibility over all aspects of brand strategy and launch preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the face of the product both internally and externally, shaping the brand while preparing the organization and the market for launch
Provide strategic leadership to Global Brand Teams covering value & access, patient advocacy, medical and marketing activities in collaboration with regions and key markets (US, EU5, Japan, China)
Partner with the Global Project Head and the Global Project Team in the oversight of all clinical development, CMC, regulatory activities in support of the product approval
Oversee recommendations to maximize value over the life cycle of the brand through the creation of a Global Launch Plan
Develop a vision for the Brand by leading the process of developing a product profile, key claims using market insights
Mobilize the GBT to develop a Global Launch Plan and ensure development of Local Launch Plans aligned with the global launch strategy
In partnership with key markets (US, EU5, Japan, China, Canada) lead preparation for launch and ensure all elements of the Global Launch Plan are designed and executed with precision and excellence
Develop global positioning, branding guidelines, core messages and campaign execution tools (including digital/multichannel)
Lead marketing and medical teams to include a thorough and well-coordinated input into brand strategy and ensure close integration and flawless execution of marketing and medical strategies and tactics in field
Develop customer/channel marketing strategies to position our products and create value for our company and patients
Work in closely collaboration with Investor Relations to develop and evolve materials and messages for the investor community
Build, lead and manage a team, including development of talent, for a successful launch while operating in compliance with guidelines and regulations
Develop forecasts for sales and launch expenses leading to global P&L projections and influence local resource allocation/mix to maximize value
Manage global marketing budget to highest impact opportunities while achieving sales, profit and market share within agreed upon business targets
Travel up to approximately 35%, typically international.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree, scientific background preferred; MBA Degree is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industries is required

Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and listening skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders, good conflict management and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action; excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
This position may require up to 35% business travel (Domestic and International)e, including some weekends. Valid International passport is required

Global marketing experience, specialty care experience, and MS/neurology experience are preferred
The position will lead all Global Launch and Brand Planning activities for MS, including but not limited to:
Leadership of global brand plan development process in close collaboration with core markets;
Cross-functional and cross-geography launch leadership and coordination of launch readiness and execution;
Executing the mapping of customers and therapeutic area dynamics, including patient journey and HCP dynamics;
Collaboration with all key functions on activities to support the brand and drive a successful launch;
Close alignment and coordination with frexalimab project and brand teams for other indications (e.g., I&I, type 1 diabetes).
