• 推动公司政策和流程的执行
• 协助管理总控、停药、二次议价等运营风险
• 协助应对市场变化（如政府新政策，对手新动态）

2. 人员管理

• 招聘合适的医学信息沟通代表
• 帮助新员工适应岗位要求
• 日常协访
• 在周会月会时提升代表能力，加强团队凝聚力
• 与低绩效代表进行关键谈话
• 支持成熟代表发展
