Our Graduate Program:

The Sanofi Graduate Program is a 24-month rotational program that offers you a fully supported learning environment to cultivate your development and build your future.

Our program will provide you with ongoing training, structured development programs and valuable experience in a field where you will be able to impact people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply knowledge from your tertiary studies into action by working collaboratively to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.

Commencing January 2024, we will work with you to develop your skills and experience by tailoring your rotations to suit both your strengths and business needs.

The Role:

As the Medical Affairs Graduate​​, your role will be to work with the Vaccines team to support the creation of medical materials. You will also support the liaison with agencies as well as support cross-functional project management on a per-project basis.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of therapy area, current and/or upcoming preventions and competitor products
  • To work closely with the cross-functional therapy area team (medical, marketing, sales and support functions) and support the planning and execution of the country brand plans
  • To support the creation of materials based on the needs of our external stakeholders in line with the medical strategy and the MA Code of Conduct
  • To support the generation and maintenance of the stakeholder engagement plan as well as the insights generation plan
  • To support the effective tracking of medical activities in both timelines and output metrics (such as NPS scores)
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with involved Key Opinion Leaders and ensure effective communication on briefings, timelines and Sanofi processes on a per-project basis
  • To ensure a high level of compliance in Sanofi activities, speak up in the event of any queries or concerns and to proactively consider ways of improving our processes
  • Willing to project manage as required.

We’re looking for Graduates who:

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed a Postgraduate degree (MSc, PhD) in Life Sciences, from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2023. Or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2021).

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to apply learned science in infectious disease, vaccines, or related areas
  • Experience in project management and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Ability to critically-appraise data and undertake literature reviews
  • Collaborate and share information to contribute to the planning process and execute the agreed plan in line with objectives
  • Have demonstrated the ability to change or cover a variety of therapeutic areas/topics
  • Graduates that have demonstrable proficiency or previous experience within a Healthcare background such as pharmacy or medicine will be highly regarded
