【Job description】
・Report to RD Neuro-Genetic Marketing Manager
・Lead development of product strategy for Rare Disease (Gaucher Disease and ASMD) in collaboration.
・Provide Japan input to global team to create global brand plan and develop local brand plan in collaboration with global team and local cross functional teams.
・Lead execution of local brand plan to maximize sales, market share and revenue growth for major and other indications
・Evaluate local brand plan timely and revise it to be more effective.
・Manage Marketing spend
・KOL engagement of various specialties related to Gaucher disease and ASMD
・Support training team to expand capability of Medical Representatives
【Required Skills】
・2⁺ years of marketing experience in ethical pharma business.
(experience in RD field preferred)
・Experience in developing brand plans.
・Native-level Japanese
・Business level English (verbal, writing and reading)
【Required Competencies】
・Organize and speed up multitasking
・A person who has a strong desire to improve oneself
・Those who have experience in developing a brand plan and operation plan led by yourself.
・Demonstrate understanding of pharma commercial products, market dynamics and practice settings.
・Excellent communication/coordination/negotiation skills
・Related marketing skill such as market analysis, forecasting, etc.
・Knowledge for clinical development and relevant therapeutic area
