As Product Owner for Preclinical GLP solutions, you’ll belong to a dynamic and enthusiastic team. You will be accountable for overseeing all aspects of Preclinical GLP solutions within Preclinical and Sample Management service line.

You will liaise with stakeholders and cross functional teams to create, own, and manage the roadmap to bring the most value to the business and users. As the Pre-Clinical Function operates mostly under GLP/GcLP regulations, a strong support with profound business knowledge is very important to ensure business continuity.

Main responsibilities:

• Own the “product” from a “what” and “why” perspective (accountable for vision and requirements) for all PreClinical GLP products.

• Drive the Core evolutions to identify, configure/build, and execute the PreClinical GLP Solutions roadmap including future functionalities for adoption.

• Provide process expertise and influence decisions on process design and solutions.

• Lead implementation activities – Contribute to the creation, review and approval of Project documentation using the PUMA methodology.

• Foster relationships with PreClinical Business: executive sponsors, key stakeholders and super users.

• Support business transformation journey to digitalize Business processes and use data for decision making.

• Transition support of new solutions to AIMS (Application and Infrastructure Managed Service) support team (India).

• Act as level 3 support to triage and resolve complex support issues.

• Help to prioritize activities in partnership with the support team and business team.

• Manage the service and application portfolio through Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) using ServiceNow.

• Ensure that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

• Participate to Global quality audits and Periodic reviews of PreClinical applications.

• Communicate about achievements: create Yammer Post and quarterly Highlights.

• Contribute to Budget planning of the Service line.

• Work with Purchasing team to obtain and negotitate quotes with software editors and to review contracts/ SaaS contracts.

About you

Education and professional Experience

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, chemistry, biology or similar field of study OR relevant experience in combination with vocational training and corresponding certified bachelor/master preofessional is required.

• Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of Product Management and Service Management is mandatory.

• Experience in pharma domain is preferred.

Soft skills

• Demonstrated strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.

Technical skills

• Strong background on ITIL (Service Now), JIRA/Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment with focus on GLP.

• Knowledge on INSTEM Products (Provantis, Acentos, ….) and Send format is a plus.

• Experience with managing external vendors as well as experience on PUMA methodology is preferred.

Languages

• Fluent in English

• German is a plus
