Join Sanofi Consumer Healthcare for a Head of CHC Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence role!

You will be accountable for transforming and optimising Upstream Supply Chain Planning processes within plants, markets and Global functions. You will define and drive the implementations of innovative and optimised planning processes and solutions. You will ensure that Kinaxis (and any other Supply Chain Planning tool) is properly designed, maintained and used. You will be accountable for developing the capability of CHC Supply Chain Planning user community with the support of the regional and local ambassadors and key users. You will work in close collaboration with Digital Organization, CHC Global Supply Chain, Regions, Neighbouring functions, to continuously improve and transform SC planning processes.

Main responsibilities

• Transform and optimise SC Planning processes: process efficiency & adherence assessment, improvement proposal, design and implementation including change management and capability development
• Ensure buy-in of new processes and ways of working from users
• Create strong partnership with neighbouring functions, mainly with the CHC Planning Centre, Category Leaders, EM Team, Regional Supply Chain and sites
• Monitor the KPIs and propose improvements on the processes, in Partnership with Regional/Global functions
• Deliver Chloe 2.0 for the Supply Chain Planning processes
• Capture detailed business requirements while ensuring consistency between all streams for any new business need or E2E Project
• Deliver processes and solutions that meets the requirements of CHC GBU and Global Supply Chain Functions
• Keep improving and supporting the stream detailed target business processes for Supply Chain Planning with roles and responsibilities (RACI)
• Manage the change needed to support new processes and tools within Supply Chain Planning
• Provides SC Planning Process expertise to improve planning efficiencies
• Ensures SC Planning Processes L1-5 are well documented
• Ensure that all systems (Kinaxis, Globe, KPIs) are up to date in terms of data coming from other tools. Ensure alignment between end-to-end process/systems strategy, assess dependencies with end-to-end process standardization projects and core model projects, maturity of processes/activities to be done by CHC teams or external specialist and build roadmap accordingly
• Support on issue resolution
• Deliver training in Kinaxis for topics related to SC Planning

About you

• Have a deep understanding of Kinaxis as a Planning tool
• Experience in Planning or Scheduling at a manufacturing site
• Demonstrate a good track record in Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in Planning Area, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
• Hands on experience on managing complex stream processes with experience of implementation
• Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment
• Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency
• Open minded and active listening
• Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment
• Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information throughout organization
• Fluent in English
