About the role:
Job Responsibility:
A. Demand Planning Management
1. Support team to run MPS, MRP and help alignment with CMOs & vendors for timely deliveries
2. Attend & lead Monthly S&OP’s with market & suppliers to capture demand, supplies, identify & debottleneck risks
3. Engage with Procurement for material & logistics support to ensure on-time deliveries with cost control
4. Exercise Inventory control & ensure ISL as per global policies and internal SLAs with Market
B. Process standardization, Budget planning & control
1. Ensure tasks performed in line with SODs, uniformity of processes across multi-country operations with validated SOPs
2. Ensure Kinaxis adoption for daily planning & support troubleshooting where necessary
3. Collect forecasts, build assumptions for budget process and ensure adherence to Budget
C. New launches & resource readiness
1. Manage Master data, flows, artworks, contracts setup with stakeholders for new SKU’s/products launch
2. Coordinate serialization readiness for Market go-live
3. Monitor changes in business landscape, plan Supply parameter changes minutely and support team in execution
D. Performance Analysis & Reporting
1. Support data collection on orders & delivery data across CMOs, analyze performance, report Export dashboards for faster decision making
2. Conduct Monthly Operational meeting with HODs & managers for monthly review
3. Prepare ad-hoc reports & provide data analysis as requested by management
E. Project Support activities
1. Planning & rollout of global SMS initiatives
2. Provide necessary data for ongoing Projects
3. Monitor services closely to find cost saving opportunities
F. Development of Subordinates
Identify key associates and their training / developmental needs, organize to provide requisite training and monitor their development to ensure that they are developed for taking up higher responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
Demand Planning, Vendor Management
Experience in SAP is must and Kinaxis (Optional)
MS Project, Advanced Excel
Project Management PMP
Supply chain experience for 8 to 10yrs
Qualifications
B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MSc./ MBA
