Position Summary

The Sr. Supply planner will serve as the Lead for planning and communicating the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) needs for assigned production location. Hybrid Work schedule available

Position Responsibilities

  • Key user in Kinaxis planning system for Supply Planning team

  • Provide clear visibility on production and sales volume landing from previous month and establish a consistent communication link with the Company and all manufacturing sites for the portfolio.

  • Drive and communicate the production plan from month 3 through 36 by item and production work center

  • Lead Step 3 discussion with Site Management

  • Responsible for setting item master parameters (ie…min/max, safety stock, MOQ) for new items and annually review existing items

  • Lead MPS reviews with Scheduling team and materials team

  • Champion the transition of ERP systems to a global standard

  • Lead projects to support the E2E supply chain

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management etc.

Experience

  • Three (3) years experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG)/OTC Supply Chain or Materials Management, preferred

  • Knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis, or other ERP system

  • Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office

  • Familiarity with Fast Moving Goods (FMCG), especially OTC products and key classes of trade

  • Working knowledge of key department interactions (Production, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Marketing)

  • MBA Degree

Special Requirements

  • Light overnight travel may be required
