iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Employer Branding Graphic Designer - VIE Contract (W/M)

Join the Global Employer Branding team as a Graphic Designer with a passion for bringing visual excellence to our EB initiatives. Under the creative direction of the EB Global Creative Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting captivating designs for a wide range of digital and print projects. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a consistent, compelling visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.

In the fast-paced world of Employer Branding, your creative talent is the driving force behind our visual storytelling. As a EB Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing eye-catching designs that elevate our employer brand, whether it's through digital activations, social media campaigns, or print collaterals. Your work will contribute to our global team's efforts to attract and engage top talent and convert Sanofi as the go-to employer for Bio-Pharma industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs for a variety of projects, including newsletters, presentations, social media campaigns, print collaterals or merchandising.
  • Ensure a consistent and innovative visual brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Work closely with the EB Global Creative Manager to execute creative strategies effectively and support local markets and key stakeholders
  • Play a key role in maintaining our brand's integrity and creativity across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Proven experience in graphic design, producing quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Video editing and animation skills is a huge plus (Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Great composition & typography knowledge
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for creative design and storytelling
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, Spanish would be an asset
